i can get my wireless mouse and keyboard to work with windows, but i have to install them manually each time by opening the bluetooth preferences, uninstalling the devices, then reinstalling them. anytime i restart, even i choose "manual passcode" or "choose a passcode for me", it will not remember it and say "no passcode" below the device. any suggestions?

Same thing here. Windows Vista doesn't remember the passkeys for either my Appple bluetooth mouse or keyboard. My mouse always seems to work upon computer restart but the keyboard never seems to work and I have to have "re-install" which is frustrating. Sorry, don't know of a solution just wanted to let you know you're not alone.
