i got an error message at startup saying i need to repair my system with a disk, and what i can do is go into the folder from mac and replace the file myself (done it before), but since i reinstalled, i cant write any files from mac. and its formatted under ntfs.

Use macfuse and ntfs-3g to add (almost) full NTFS read/write support to OS X.
