In OSX I relied on the feature to "Disable trackpad when external mouse is present." I can't find that feature in Vista running in Bootcamp. Has anyone seen how to engage this feature? I find myself accidentally hitting the trackpad all the time while typing and moving the cursor all around. I have enabled "Ignore accidental input" but that does not do the trick. Any help would be appreciated.

In XP (and probably in Vista), you won't find that feature as such. But depending on the drivers you install, you may be able to give the external mouse priority. It all depends on what external mouse you use and what its driver supports.

Or you could tape a business card over the trackpad when you don't want to use it.
