Unable to get iSight to work in Parallels 3.0

I just installed the latest, 3.0 version, of the software and believe this is supposed to support the iSight camera but I can't get it to work. How do I get WinXP to recognize and use the camera?

Go the Parallels Devices menu. Under USB, select iSight to enable it for Windows.
