I have a Mac Pro with 3 HDs. OSX and XP are installed on the primary and I had previously setup the other 2 hard drives for the Mac. Can I use those other 2 drives for Windows-related files or is some formatting required? Are they not compatibility? Can both OSes share the drives?

If they are formatted FAT or NTFS they are readable by Windows. NTFS will only be readable by Mac, not writable, however.

I have an external drive formatted FAT and it's fine in Windows XP and Mac.
