Is this in any way possible? The application I need isn't graphical or anything, so no 3D support is required. Its very simple. But its not an Intel Mac, so I don't know if its possible. I would really love some help; thanks in advance.

You could get Virtual PC. Warning: it sucks for even basic Windows work. I've used many of its versions, and have found them all unusable for even the simplest of Windows tasks.

I might be able to deal with the slow part. I have a few questions though. Is it free? Or is there a decent demo? Is a Windows operating system required?

Yeah, Virtual PC is the only way to go. I had it on my PowerBook. It is excruciatingly slow, but if you just do a very minimal install and stop most of the services and DONT install antivirus, you should be somewhat ok. In my experience antivirus usually makes things so slow they are unusable. Also, if you are installing something in the Virtual PC be prepared to wait a very long time. Don't think its frozen, installations just take forever and a half.

No, it's not free, and yes, it requires you to own Windows.

Well, if you want to try something FREE, try Q-Emulator ( Q emulator 0.8.1a35 - MacUpdate ). It's probably a little slower than Virtual PC, but its FREE, so you've got nothing to loose except time. The best performance on any of these PPC emulators is using the earliest version of Windows you can get away with, unless they specifically recommend a certain version. Using Windows98 is usually your best bet.

Wow, thanks PubGuy. Q is perfect. I'll run Windows 95 since thats all I need, and I've got more than enough extra copies of those lying around. Thanks!

I can't seem to start up Windows XP with Q. It would be nice if someone out there could give me a step-by-step procedure, or something like that.
I can get as far as the BIOS starting up, but then it says' "Found no boot partition!" along with many other things, even though I have selected the option to create a 4GB uncompressed disk image to use.
Thanks!

I used Q-Emulator. Its perfect. Except that I was forced to use Windows XP because thats all I had, but the speed is bearable. I've had slower. I'm going to check eBay for Windows 95. Then it'll be lightning fast!
