I just recently upgraded to the new MBP Santa Rosa 2.2ghz model. I have been trying to get XP installed with bootcamp 1.3. The drive is partitioned correctly but every time I start to install XP, the computer reboots, tries to read the CD, ejects it and says there is no bootable device.

Previously, I had a first generation MBP, but apple exchanged it because I had to get it repaired 4 times. I installed XP with bootcamp 1.3 just fine on that with the exact same XP CD.

Granted, the CD is a burned copy of an original XP SP2 disc so maybe the new MBP doesn't like the media? But it did work fine on the first gen MBP. Frustrating...

Any ideas? Keep buying different media and wasting money?
