After my HD crashed and was replaced this week by COMP USA, I realized a little too late that they failed to partition my MacBook to make a place for Windows. I have already reloaded OSX and a few items. My question is simply...is there anyway to partition AFTER I have already loaded OSX to my new drive, or do I have to initialize and start over?

Use Boot Camp Utility. It will do live partitioning for you.
