i have XP installed with bootcamp.
everything was working fine with parallels, but when the new drivers 1.4 for boot camp came out, i installed them.
upon doing so, parallels now for some odd reason thinks that i have multiple versions of windows installed and that is not the case. i only have the one windows partition....
any thoughts?

Bumping after three hours isn't particularly neighborly.

Anyway, you say "parallels now for some odd reason thinks that i have multiple versions of windows installed.." How do you see this particular issue? Have you tried deleting the previous virtual machine and having Parallels create a new one? That would be the smoothest and easiest way to go in my opinion.

Glad it's working for you now. Apparently Parallels doesn't have all the bugs worked all the way out yet.
