Hello.

If I connect to the Cisco network at my workplace (with Cisco VPN), I know I'd be able to access cross-platform files, but would I be able to run networked Windows-only apps on my iMac Intel, without actually installing Windows on said iMac? Would Boot Camp do anything for me in this case?

Does this even make sense? I am a real newbie when it comes to networking (outside of setting up my AirportExpress). I know even less about Boot Camp.

I just want to work from home, without having to bring another computer into my house, or to shell out the cash for Windows XP (as I imagine they'd make me buy my own).

Any info would be much appreciated.

If you can log into a work Windows machine, you could run those apps using something like this:
