If I don't want to use Mac OSX, can I wipe it out and install Windows Vista on it? (i don't mean through bootcamp, i mean completely wipe out mac os and install windows).

Yea, just pop in the Windows disk and install.

Yes, if you want to do this, you have issues, but they are not technical ones.
