A fresh OEM disc should work. But if it's been previously installed and validated on another machine, then it won't automatically validate again. You have to call and get a number to enter manually. Officially OEM Windows software is supposed to be linked to the original computer for life and not installed on another, ever.

Hi

Ok bought the iMac 20 inc put 2 gig of mem and 320g for drive installed Parallel with my OEM Dell Vista Premium and guess what it works
loaded ACT database, Microsoft Office and it works, had some problem in network sharing with Windows but was fixed by manually setup in OS the IP adress and voila Bye bye Mr Vista,

Will do more testing before I do that but it does look promising and Vista is quicker now,

bye for now

Interesting. Please note though that you're in violation of the Dell version of the EULA-which says that disc is for a Dell computer only. Not that the Dell or Microsoft stormtroopers are going to kick down your door, but you should at least know (and acknowledge) this fact.
