I've been playing with Parallels and now I'm trying out VMWare Fusion to see which one I want to buy. One annoying aspect about Fusion is that there isn't a full-screen experience, specifically if I through the mouse to the top of the screen, the osx menubar pops down and covers the GNOME menubar.

Is there anyway of turning this behavior off?

Also, any suggestions on annoyances/bonuses I should consider between the two? The menubar thing is already a big negative on Fusion.
