Where is Parallels virtual machine located on local HDD?

I really should know this but I don't and I don't know what my virtual machine's name is either. Anyway, I'd like to know where the default location of Parallel's virtual machine is. Thanks everybody!

Going from memory here since I've stopped using parallels some time ago.

You should be able to find it in your ~/library folder. I forget if its call ~/library/parallels or ~/library/vm but you get the idea.
