Vista & C&C 3 Question

	I played C&C 3 on XP, but now that I am using Vista, it says I either need Direct X 9 or hardware acceleration enabled. I obviously have DX9, but then I found out hardware acceleration might not be enabled, though my graphics drivers prevent me from changing hardware acceleration options. I do have the latest drivers.
