It's very easy to create a NetBoot image to boot clients from, but is there any way that along with OS X that a NetBoot will also NetBoot a BootCamp image as well. If this worked, would help out here a lot though from what I'm seeing, it's not possible.
Any ideas,

There's nothing special about a Boot Camp partition image-with XP it's just a bootable XP image. Nothing about either image on a Mac with Boot Camp marks it as special. The EFI firmware of the Mac is what allows the dual booting, and it has a special means of selecting which image to boot from, but that's all. With NetBoot, you should be able to boot from any bootable image.

When I used the Image Utility Creator on the server it crapped out when I tried to use a Windows Boot camp partition.

I don't get what you're trying to do. Are you trying to Netboot to Windows? Or are you trying to NetBoot and restore a Windows image?

You can not Netboot Windows in any form. Netboot only works with Mac OS X or Classic if you have an old enough version of OS X Server.

Ok, I'm thinking of "booting from a network" rather than "Netboot." Sorry for the confusion.

I doubt you'd be able to boot Mac hardware over the network with any other technology. Until Macs and PCs use the same firmware, I don't think it will ever work. And even then Apple may only enable there own network booting protocols in EFI.
