Does anyone know how to disable Alt+F4 from opening System Preferences?

Its driving me nuts and I need it to close windows in Windows XP.

Last I checked ctrl-w (command-w in Mac OS X) closed windows. What's alt-F4?

Does option-F4 normally make Parallels open System Preferences? I never noticed that.

I don't have Parallels, but you should be able to change Parallels behavior by assigning a different shortcut key for opening it's preferences.

Go to the OS X System Preferences - Keyboard & Mouse - Keyboard Shortcuts - Define Shortcut within Application.

Windows' traditional "close this window/app" key combo is "Alt-F4". I don't know right off how to tell Parallels to capture that key combination, but that's probably what you want to do here-if it's possible.
