Ok, would be so great if I could get this fixed in the next day as this is all the time I have to fix this.
When we run sysprep, on a boot up asks for the computer's name, restarts then starts to boot, then a quick flash of the blue crash screen then restarts where it will do this cycle until the computer is turned off.
Right now I'm working on an iMac Silver Core 2 Duo. Both OS's are fully updated.
All help is greatly appreciated.

Isn't sysprep sort of a pre-boot OS? I'll bet it's using calls to BIOS and other hardware that aren't supported by EFI's BIOS compatibility.
What is your purpose in using sysprep? Preparing an image to field? Thought about just using Ghost on your final, tweaked installation? Sure, there are a few things you'll still need to do, but Ghost won't break the computer.

The BootCamp image will be deployed in our College commons here at my campus with an already deployed OS X Leopard image. Tried to do this without sysprep, but had issues on random computers when it came to binding to the AD system because sysprep helps in clearing away settings that need to be re-build for each computers.
Right now there are 36 iMac's to be imaged and more to come at some point.
Tks,

That's way too many for Ghost to be effective. Sorry I can't help with what's going on with sysprep.

Considering I've just rolled this out at work; here we go.
Have you got a server running WDS set up? If not, do it.
WDS will allow you to PXE boot PCs for imaging, can you PXE NetBoot a Mac?
I suspect the main problem is the HAL or mass storage driver. Before rebooting, check your HAL, check that they match up with the computer you're putting it onto. Go into Device Manager, go to IDE/ATAPI controllers - expand it and select whatever your main dual channel controller is, such as "Intel Ultra ATA controller". Choose update on this and set it to the "Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE controller".
Now try your sysprep and see how it goes.
