I have a Mac Pro...want to wipe out the HD with a fresh install. I have Vista via boot camp on a different drive..do I need to redo that as well? Reinstall..etc..? Or can I reinstall OS X then run boot camp and it will locate Vista.

Thanks

It shouldn't affect things if Windows is located on a different drive.

You don't need to do anything. It will still work just as before. This applies even if it was on a partition on the same drive.

Once Windows is installed, it doesn't rely on Boot Camp to function so reinstalling OS X shouldn't change anything.
