Ignoring Hot Keys In Parallels

Does anyone know how to use this?

I use Parallels a lot and need to be able to use keys like Alt+F11 and function keys for VBA debugging

However this always triggers things like System Preferences

Is there any way of forcing Parallels to honor all key strokes?
