I have a program for XP called Partition Magic, but it's not reading the Mac partition, can I do this with bootcamp? It's 32GB right now, need to increase it about 30 more GB without losing any data on the XP partition...is this possible?

PartitionMagic CANNOT read a Mac partition. The most practical way to do what you want is to clone your Windows partition (using whatever tool you like, including DriveImage which is made by the same people that made PartitionMagic), then use the Boot Camp Utility to un-partition the drive. That will leave you with one big partition with OS X on it. Now use Boot Camp Utility again to make a larger partition than you had before, and restore that cloned image onto it. Not "quick and easy," but it's not a major hassle either.

What do I clone the partition to...say an external HD?

External HD is a good idea. Of course you need to have some way to restore it-using DriveImage you can do that with the boot disc it will make. But make sure you have the whole process mapped out in advance; it would be "bad" if you used some tool to clone your partition and didn't have the restore tool handy at the right time.
