You have managed to mess up your partition table and boot table by using Refit. I don't know if your OS X partition still exists, either.
Here's the first thing you should do: boot from your OS X disc. While it's running, insert the disc (it doesn't matter if Windows recognizes the disc or not), and then shut down or select restart. When it starts to boot (the gray screen shows and you get the chime), hold down the 'C' key until it lets you select the disc to boot from. Now let the installer disc boot and initialize. When it's done, click on the "Tools" menu, then select "Disk Utility." When it is running, select THE HARD DRIVE,not just a partition and then click on the "Repair Disk" button. That should help you out.
If that doesn't restore your boot setup, you may need to just reinstall OS X. If you really need to use Windows, there are emulator/virtual machine apps around (Parallels, Fusion) or you can do the Boot Camp thing again-except get help in changing your boot setup.
By the way, when running OS X with a Boot Camp-created partition for Windows, you can choose to boot into Windows by a) restarting and holding the Option key, or b) changing the default boot partition through the Startup Disk section of your System preferences.
