I'm running visual studio in XP in VMWare Fusion.

Can anyone tell me how to map the keyboard, so the modifier keys work the OS X way and not the Windows way? VMWare should swap them, but it isn't. Also, the #/hash/number sign is AWOL. I've tried lots of combinations, but can't get it.
