I nabbed the Silom.ttf font off my PowerBook, only to have Windows Vista yell at me that it isn't a valid font. I wasn't aware there was a difference between TTFs used on OS X and TTFs used on Windows. I searched online, but couldn't find any other info. Is there some sort of utility I need to use to convert my font to a Windows compatible TTF?

Thanks,
-Rob

Aha! Found Adobe Font Developer Kit. Free download which converted my Silom.ttf to open type. Windows was happy with that, and now Flash is happy. Ah hell, I'm happy, too.
