When I try to get started with boot camp, it won't let me partition the hard drive. All I get is a message that says that my drive needs to be repaired with disk utility. What does that mean? There' doesn't seem to be anything wrong with the way my computer runs. Also, what's the minimum amount of space that I can allocate to XP? I'll only be running very low RAM programs (no games etc).

I had the same issue. what i did was boot into leopard CD and use Disk Utility to repair the hard drive. If you get errors after trying to repair your hard drive, you might need a new hard drive or use Diskwarrior to repair it. after running disk utility everything came up good for me and I was able to make a partition for Vista via Boot Camp.
