I just read this article: How to create a bootable Windows 7 USB flash drive. Does anyone know if Intel Macs can boot up off of one of these?

Intel Macs should boot from any Windows-bootable media or package. The EFI on all Intel Macs supports a BIOS compatibility mode so if any PC can boot from it, your Mac can.
