Check out VirtualBox. I use it to run XP on my 1st Gen MBP, and it is extremely good at that. VirtualBox, unlike Parallels on Mac, supports just about any guest OS.
Hello I run Lion, and XP with Paralles 7 now I want to use Ubuntu as well, can I run all 3 and how will I accomplish this feet ?
Just go to ubuntu.com, download the Ubuntu Desktop image for either release 10 or 11, then start Parallels 7, select "File --> New", and select the image file you just downloaded. I'll create itself by booting from the image.
