Greetings all,

I have been looking around for information regarding sound support for ported *nix apps on darwin. I have seen a number of apps ported to darwin that I know have sound support, but the distributions never explain if sound is actually working in the darwin port. What would really be ideal, of course, is some sort of interface between the darwin sound structure and ported linux apps that masquerades as OSS or the like. Does anyone know any information about this or where I might find it? Thanks.
