I was considering running BSD one one (or more) of my old 68K machines. Where can I get software for it though? Like routers, web server, ftp servers etc?

If you use NetBSD (which runs real nice on 68K hardware) you can look here.

NetBSD does IP forwarding natively, IIRC, so you have the router functionality built in. You can get Apache, DNS, Bind, etc. from the NetBSD ftp site.
