Anyone run a program called Mac on Linix (MOL?) If so, what is the speed/compatibilty of OS 9 when run in this way?

Also I heard that BeOS will run in MOL. Is this true? If so, this might be a way of running BeOS on Mac's that BeOS won't natively run?

If this is the case, then presumably, the Mac environment that MOL provides is pre-G3 in terms of compatibility... interesting...

It runs better than Classic on Mac OS X...You can't run Be on MOL on G3s/G4s...only on Pre-G3s and it slow.

Interesting thread. it would be a good target for MOL to attempt to run the BeOS on modern macs. Hell, I already run macos, macosx, and X11 at the same time, plus windows 95/98, mandrake, debian, and BeOS in emulation at the same time. Having BeOS PPC running in there without emulation would be nice =)

would the MOL team even concider adding anything like that?
