Mandrake has released 8.2 now, no more betas. I'm downloading it right now. I hope it has support for my LG monitor.

All monitors are supported by all OSs. The problem would be support of your graphics card.

Yeah I know,

It's just that my monitor dies every time i start Mandrake. Just before KDE starts the monitor goes into power save mode.. Probably goes out of sync... don't know how to fix it..

I'm not sure which Linux distro I was using, but that has happened to me as well. All I had to do was move the mouse or hit a key on the keyboard to get it to come out of its sleep though.
