So i got a MacMini with a big external HD.. hooked it up to my TV.. and now i have a media center... I'm using MediaFork/Handbrake to rip my personal movies on to disk to get rid of the huge stack of dvds... While i've already cataloged with DL.. i wish i could link a file (the movie file i've ripped) to the library item.. and then "watch movie"...

It would be a very nice feature.. and it would allow me to use Library alot more.

There is currently a "URL" field, under "My Info," which can point to anything on your hard drive or the internet. Right now you have to click the URL field itself to pull up an option to launch it, but launching the URL will probably end up happening on double-click in the next version.
