Your Media Library is a new service from Amazon.com to display your media collection. It would be nice if DL2 could sync its library with this one.

Agreed. Unfortunately, Amazon has been reluctant to provide any API for dealing with individual accounts, which is why we can't automatically download your purchase history, sync with your wish list, and things of that nature.

That said, if Amazon starts providing some kind of import capability for this let me know and I can see about working up an appropriate export template so you can at least do this manually.
