Has anyone received their v1.0 to v2.0 free upgrade license? I've tried contacting DL since last week with no response. I'm also not about to submit for a v2.0 license with a credit card as I fear I will be double charged since they won't answer email or support tickets.

Has anyone received their free v1.0 to v2.0 license from DL?

I got mine by going through the DL2 store via the program. I think it used my credit card to verify that i was eligible for the upgrade and I wasn't charged.
