iDOS 2: The return of the emulator

This got yanked, but has returned. Free and universal. For those who are unaware, it's a full on DOS emulator. Comes with Wolfenstein and Duke Nukem.

Seems to be gone again. "Not available in the US store" is the error that it's giving me now.

I figured it get yanked again, but not that quickly.

My curiosity about this has less to do with why it got yanked again and more to do with why, after being pulled, it was put back on the store, only to be yanked again-very quickly. Are the "let's put this app in the store" people not talking to the "we need to pull this app from the store" people?
