Hello all,

I use TrueHDR quite frequently for work and play, and it began to quit after taking just one of the three pics it uses to merge. emailing tech support they explained that it is probably due to too many apps running in the background, and that I should double tap the home button and x out of the programs which are running, but not using. These are shown at the bottom of the screen. I was quite surprised by how many were running, and I hadn't used them in weeks.

I quit a few, and haven't had a problem since. The phone itself seems to have much less lag too.

So you think Apple's vaunted app dynamic suspend solution doesn't quite live up to its marketing? The way Apple presents it, manual open app management shouldn't be necessary, as I'm sure you know.

I think this is a good demonstration of how the OS behaves when its available memory gets low. I experienced this sort of thing periodically, and came to the same conclusion as RobOnTheCape, but since I use the iStat app, I could also see how available memory was affected. While the overall amount of RAM available doesn't seem to get that low, it appears that some particular OS-owned chunk does get filled up, perhaps with suspended state data or something... In any case, the solution presented has worked for me for quite some time.
