Today at Apple's online store, save on refurbished Mac Pros. At the low end of the pricing scale is the refurbished Mac Pro with a 2.8GHz Intel quad-core Xeon processor, 3GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive. It has seen a $680 price break, and is now just $1,819. A $360 discount is available on the refurbished Mac Pro with a 3.2GHz Intel quad-core Xeon processor, 6GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive, now $2,139.
Save $850 on the refurbished Mac Pro with a 2.4GHz Intel 8-Core Xeon processor, 6GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive for $2,649. A $560 price break is offered on the refurbished Mac Pro with a 2.4GHz Intel 12-Core Xeon processor, 12GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive, dropping it to $3,239. The refurbished Mac Pro with a 3.06GHz Intel 12-core Xeon processor, 12GB of RAM and a 1TB hard drive holds the highest price point, at $5,269.

Some of us want to run legally licensed software.

It's ok for some to assume stupidity.... I paid for my license via crAppStore. What is your problem now hayek??? oh, guess the "crApple component" installed is neither valid too??
To the spicycheesedude: I think it is ok to dislike certain elements. Nothing has changed... Anybody else want to take a shot?

By the way, what I really like is how well organized the files and content are. I mean spotlight is useless for what I am talking about: invisible/hidden files & content to do exactly what you want your rig to do. I can find customizing easier than the ugly registry windows uses. Yet there are tricks to any and every OS that just requires practice I guess.

If you hate Apple products you probably shouldn't go to a forum that tries to help others and post so many unhelpful, anti-Apple posts. We come here to learn, to get help, to help others, to stay current in all things Apple and we don't appreciate people like you who want to argue and complain without being constructive in any manner. Nearly all your posts read as as if they were written by a spoiled, immature, know-it-all...

I do add to the forum. And I do help forum viewers and members. Maybe I am not helping you per say; maybe you need more time so that an opportunity pops up. If you have a question particular for me, I will be glad to answer with the best of my ability.
I mean I just said I saved a great deal of money, legally I can add. What is the issue here? I think it can add to the discussion. And u say that isn't helpful?? When folks make assumptions, I stand to correct them when I feel the need to do so. You saying I should back down from adding to the discussion because it isn't the forum's spirit?

No, please post all you want but if you want to be taken more seriously you should tone down the anti-Apple rhetoric. That's all. Heck, I feel I got <beeped> by Apple as I own the dreaded 2006 MacPro...aka, the MacPro that's expandable but yet not expandable so my next Mac will be virtualized on a Windows or Linux build. I feel slightly screwed by Apple yet they run a business and I got six years good use so I won't complain...
Appreciate the offer for help but I'm pretty self-sufficient.
