Today in the MacNN forums, Moderator "Thorzdad" sounded the alarms about a recent malware outbreak that is able to bypass the OS X Gatekeeper protection, click here to read more and join in. Junior Member "MacBook" took to the forums yesterday to find some help with their brand new Mac mini that they fear might have a faulty logic board.

Fresh-Faced Recruit "walkathon" is having trouble with "recovering dd'd .dmg to new hard drive target" and has turned to the forums for some advice. "My wife and I are traveling to Japan," said one Fresh-Faced Recruit earlier this week, "and we need some help using the turn-by-turn directions." One unhappy PC user who had their PC stolen is trying to figure out the best way to sync their music to their new PC while still retaining the music on the iPod.
