Illustration creation app, Paper by FiftyThree, has introduced its latest version update. The iPad app allows users to create sketches, diagrams, illustrations, note or drawings, and share them easily. Featuring a redesign for iOS 7, Paper v1.6 offers improved performance, simplified icons, lighter colors, customizable typefaces, and overall improved readability. A new zoom tool has been added that allows tools such as Draw, Color, Erase and Blend to adjust their size when zoomed in, providing finer control over small areas without requiring manual adjustments. Additionally, the Dot size in the Draw and Erase tools is now linked to how long one presses--a quick tap makes small dots, whereas holding down longer creates larger ones. Paper by FiftyThree is free to download through iTunes.

MailDeck update adds support for Microsoft Exchange

Email client MailDeck has announced its latest update, which now supports Microsoft Exchange, Gmail, Yahoo, AOL, iCloud and more. MailDeck facilitates in-depth filtering and sorting of incoming messages, and its unified inbox displays all linked accounts in one location. Issues with outlook.com, hotmail.com, and msn.com have been fixed in the update, as well as other bug fixes and performance enhancements. MailDeck is free to download on iTunes, with a yearly $5 subscription available to access premium features such as an ad-free interface.

Honestly this is where a stylus pen would be handy.
This one time, at Boot Camp, I stuck a flute up my PC.
