Griffin introduces cases for newest iPads

Griffin Technology has introduced cases for Apple's new iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3, offering a range of protections depending on intended use. The Survivor All-Terrain ($80 for iPad Air 2, $60 for iPad mini 3) meets military standards and is composed of a polycarbonate frame surrounded by silicone. The Survivor Slim ($80 for iPad Air, $60 for iPad mini 3) is thinner, and protects from six-foot drops, and features a built-in kickstand that flips open and locks in place to hold the iPad during use.

Griffin's TurnFolio ($50 for iPad Air 2, $40 for iPad mini 3) is a case that opens and closes like a book, and can also protect the iPad from drops up to six feet. Its protective frame can rotate a full 360 degrees, and is detachable. The Slim Folio ($30 for iPad Air 2) supports in two landscape positions of upright and inclined. Lastly, hard shell case Reveal ($30) is now available for iPad mini 3, featuring a one-piece design that protects while only adding 2.6mm in thickness.
