Relative newcomer Exogear has just introduced its Exovolt Plus
universal portable battery packs that can be stacked together for more capacity. The company calls the products the first of their kind thanks to that stacking ability. The batteries require a main, 5,200mAh unit that can then accommodate Sub Battery that pile on top of the base.
The batteries connect to devices with Apple's 30-pin connector, USB ports, and microUSB ports. Included with the main unit are the 30-pin cable, microUSB cable, and a carrying cable. The Exovolt can charge all generations of Apple's iPad, iPhone and iPod Touch.
The Exovolt Plus main unit will cost $90 while each Sub Battery will be priced at $50. Shipping dates are yet to be revealed.
