GOG.com has announced the launch of a new set of Mac compatible games. The line-up includes Alone in the Dark, Master of Orion, Star Control 1+2, Pirates! Gold, Broken Sword 2, and Dragonsphere, all of which are compatible with Mac OS X 10.6.8 and later. Dragonsphere is offered as a free download while all of the other games sell for $6 through the company's online store.

Griffin announces new Lightning cables A new line of Lightning charge/sync cables that work with all of Griffin's PowerBlock and PowerJolt accessories has been released. Ideal for use in the car, the 4-foot coiled USB to Lightning Cable is designed to save space and eliminate tangles. Alternatively, Griffin is also offering 3 meter ($30), 3-feet ($19), and 2-feet ($17) cables. All of the new Lightning cables will be available for purchase in the first week of December.
