Samsung is to ship its next version of the Galaxy Note with a 6.3-inch OLED-based display, according to a rumor sourced from component suppliers to the company. The Galaxy Note III will apparently dwarf the Note II's
5.5-inch screen, itself being larger than the original 5.3-inch Note

The rumor comes through the Korea Times
, as part of a report on Samsung's move to reduce its investment in LCD technology, and increasing spending in OLED. The paper also claims that Samsung will reveal the Galaxy S IV
at Mobile World Congress in February, and not at CES as the rumors generated by a teaser video
