HTC is already working on a new device that will run Windows Phone 8 GDR2, an updated version of the mobile operating system, if a new rumor is to be believed. A basic specifications list has surfaced through the
Twitter feed, suggesting the new smartphone has the current working title of the "HTC Tiara," and will use a 4.3-inch WVGA Super LCD2 display.
