Chinese users are inline to get the cheapest 5-inch 1080p handset to date. The Neo N003 will be priced at the equivalent of just $145 (899 yuan) when it goes on sale in the next month. In addition, the Neo N003 will be packing a

The MediaTek CPU runs on an ARM Cortex-A7 architecture and uses a PowerVR Series 5XT GPU and is combined with a HSPA/SCDMA modem all on the same die. It is also built on a power saving 28nm process, but is not as powerful as the latest Cortex-A15 designs currently dominating the high-end smartphone segment.

Wireless capabilities also include Wi-Fi 802.11n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and an FM radio. To keep things powered all day, Neo has incorporated a large 3,000mAh battery.
A higher spec model will also join the Neo N003, priced at the equivalent of $242 and may carry a larger display and a more powerful processor. [
