More images of the Huawei Ascend P6
have leaked, showing the thin smartphone in a range of colors. The Ascend P6, previously said to have a thickness of just 6.18mm (0.24-inches), has also had a potential launch date mistakenly revealed by Huawei Device chairman Richard Yu to readers of his Sina Weibo account.
The post, caught by Engadget
before being deleted by Yu, mentions a launch event on June 18th in London, and that the leaked images from @evleaks
were in fact for the P-series device. The new photos show off the device's Android skin, the Emotion UI, and that it will be available in black, white, and pink color options.
Previous reports have suggested it will have a 4.7-inch display running at 720p, an unnamed quad-core processor running at 1.5GHz, 2GB of RAM, a 5-megapixel camera, and 32GB of storage.
