A new video spotted by Ausdroid has revealed a number of the features for Motorola's forthcoming Moto X handset, as well as availability for the device. The Moto X will apparently feature a continual-listening feature, one that allows users to activate the device's search and digital assistant functions without having to physically interact with the phone. Users will simply say "OK Google Now..." and the device will activate.

In addition to the voice activated aspects, the device will also do away with notification LEDs, instead flashing a flickering image from whichever app is pushing out a notification.

Users can also activate the camera app on the phone by twisting a wrist twice, upon which the camera app loads. Once in the camera app, users can take pictures by tapping anywhere on the screen or take multiple shots in burst mode by holding a finger on the screen.

The leaked video has the Moto X launching in August on Rogers, which is in keeping with industry speculation on when Google will roll out its novel flagship. The video, though, only has the black and white versions of the Moto X available on that network, which may mean that Rogers customers will not have access to the expected customizable cases Motorola will use to tout its device.
