The BlackBerry A10 will use a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro running at 1.7GHz with a quad-core GPU, according to an allegedly-leaked BlackBerry internal presentation slide showing specifications of the device. It is said that the upcoming smartphone will have a five-inch OLED display with a resolution of 1280x720 and a pixel density of 295ppi.

The specifications on the slide, posted on the CrackBerry forum, claim that the BlackBerry OS 10.2 device will have an 8-megapixel rear camera with a flash and image stabilization, with a 2-megapixel front-facing version, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of storage. Micro USB and HDMI connections, support for NFC, DLNA, Wi-Fi, and LTE are also included, along with a non-removable 2,800mAh battery.

Oddly, the dimensions for the device show it as having a thickness of 9.4mm (0.37-inches), with a Verizon-specific model being a thicker 9.7mm (0.38-inches). While the extra thickness of a carrier-specific model is confusing, this is the first mention of a phone network in BlackBerry A10 leaks so far, though it does not help narrow down a potential launch date for the touchscreen smartphone.
