Nokia appears ready to launch its mystery "Guru" accessory in the very near future, and the device appears to be a Bluetooth-capable media player. The device according to My Nokia Blog
, may debut with the name BH-121 Touch. It appears to be an iPod nano-like device, likely with a heavy focus on music.
The BhH121 Touch may also sport NFC capability, allowing it to pair quickly with a smartphone or other devices. Renders of the device have only shown an iPod nano or Shuffle-like device with in-ear buds attached.
The device appears to be a successor to Nokia's BH-221 Bluetooth headset. That device was able to pair with any number of devices, allowing owners to control their music remotely. The BH-221 featured an OLED display that would show the currently playing music, as well as a number of controls. It also had an FM radio tuner, allowing users to receive tunes over the air.
Observers note that the device will likely launch in time for the holiday season, though Nokia has yet to even confirm it exists. It may see a launch in mid-December, though the markets for debut are uncertain.
