Hey

I've got a Compaq Ipaq (and boy do I miss my Newtons!) which I'm *moderately* happy with. Nice screen, nice form factor, less than optimal software. But anyway....

What are other folks using for synching?

I'm currently using Active Synch (and I can't believe its a V3 product!) under Virtual PC, and I'm not super pleased with it.

Is anyone using Pocket Mac, and if so what do you think about it compared to Active Synch. I realise it can't do Avantgo, and thats not really problem for me since I almost always use Irda synching to my Nokia cell phone.

And why doesn't Apple make their iSynch work with the iPaq? I'd gladly buy such software.
TiBook (400Mhz, 256MB, 30GB, Airport) / iMac 350 (350Mhz, 384MB, 4B, AIrport) / iMac DV+ (450Mhz, 320MB, 20GB, Airport) / PowerMac 5500/275 (64MB, 20GB) / Mac TV / Mac SE / iPod (5GB) / iPaq 3850 / Sony AIBO (just for fun)

I am using PocketMac and I can tell you that its not the best piece of software. It does work, most of the time, but sometimes you have to play with it. Anyway I believe they may be in the process of rewriting PocketMac. That is probably because of the coming release of 10.2.
